Use of the platform
IELTS AI Prep is provided for IELTS-related study, practice, and learning support. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Subscription and billing
IELTS AI Prep may offer free and paid plans. Features, limits, and pricing may change as the product evolves. For paid subscriptions, billing, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are handled according to the subscription terms and in-product notices available at the time of purchase or change.
During early-stage or demo periods, subscription flows may be simulated or simplified; final commercial terms will be communicated before any real charges apply.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform, harass others, or attempt to harm users or systems.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
- Copy, scrape, or abuse platform content in ways that violate these terms or applicable law.
- Disrupt or overload the service, or circumvent security or usage limits.
AI-generated feedback disclaimer
AI-generated feedback, scores, and suggestions are provided for learning support only. They may not match official IELTS scoring or examiner judgment and should be used as guidance, not as an official exam result or guarantee of performance.
Intellectual property
The platform, its design, branding, software, and related materials are owned by IELTS AI Prep or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not use them beyond what these terms and the product allow.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required to protect users or the service. You may stop using the platform at any time.
Limitation of liability
IELTS AI Prep is provided as a learning and practice support service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on AI feedback or from your use or inability to use the platform.
Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms and adjust the effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice.
